The crew from Fallon couldn’t have been more helpful! From my first interaction with Jon in customer service to Will and his pack and move crew, everyone was polite, friendly and professional. Will walked in the door and said “my job is to make you happy”, and he did that. They were careful with our belongings, packed fragile items with care and then helped move furniture that was not going in the van. Extremely happy with Fallon!

I used Fallon Moving and Storage for my last move, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, which ended up taking over a two-month period between moving out of one house, storage and into the new one. They were professional, efficient, and took exceptional care with my belongings during two moves and storing my items, nothing was damaged or broken.

I moved several times using Fallon but my last move which was in storage for a month was bad. Let me say that the crew was great both moving out and then into new residence. However the outcome when things broke during the move was not. Insurance did not cover breakage, they did not stand behind things packed by them & ignored things were missing. My most valuable furniture will never have any value as before the breakage which they did not agree to repair. Very disappointed since I previously recommended the company.

I have contracted with Fallon Moving and Storage many times(2002-2003 I stored household goods for almost 1 yr. while in CA and then moved back to CT); 2017(A move from 1 apt to another in same complex); (2024 Storage for 7 months and a move in Dec.2024). The moving co. personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient!!! The movers treat your goods with care. There is NO damage to anything.
The best part(for my circumstances) is that the movers set up everything (TV, bed, dining room table, and misc. parts of living room furniture).
Their pricing on both storage and the all-important move are very reasonable.
I would highly recommend Fallon Moving & Storage. Easy access off of Interstate in Windsor, CT.
IF I ever need to move again, Fallon will be the Co. I choose.

We called Fallon Moving & Storage after selling our house in Canton and buying a house in Ridgefield CT. Fallon arrived on time with a well trained, careful and respectful group of movers. They meticulously packed their trucks with our belongings. They met us in our new home two days later and moved us in with no issues to report. They were very imaginative on how to move some big pieces into some difficult locations. Overall, we were impressed with everyone we came in contact with at Fallon.

I've been meaning to write a review and am finally getting around to it. I had Fallon Moving and Storage help me with our move from one house in CT to another house in CT on October 31st. The front desk was very helpful, especially because we had to change the date a few times due to the seller's having issues on their end. The move itself could have been better. The estimated time was pretty far off in my opinion. We moved all of the boxes in our garage to expedite things. I realized when they came to our house to give us the quote, they never went in the backyard so I called up and mentioned this and they told me to expect to add 30 minutes but even factoring in that the time frame was longer than expected. I called up and was never given an explanation as to why it went over. We even got to the point when we got to the new house that we told the movers not to put the boxes in the rooms because they were so far past the time to try to save us money at that point and they left them in the garage for us. Because they were so far over in the time, they started to rush when re-assembling the furniture. Two important items to us got damaged in the process. It wasn't the worst experience we could have had but definitely could have been improved.
