The person driving should not be on the road, in a business vehicle or a personal one. Unsure if they need mirrors or their EYES checked, but this person is boardering on dangerous the the point I considered making a call about the reckless endangerment I was witnessing. Hopefully your company can address this internally at least.

Went there to get the headache tightened, the cushion pads between the truck frame and rack worked themselves out. Went there, and they proceeded with the paperwork and went right to work on the issue. Was out of their yard within an hour, nice work everyone.

Competitive prices plus great customer service is what made the choice easy for us to go with Fab Shop over other manufacturers in the area. We ditched one in the Seattle area due to almost no communication but the staff at the Fab Shop were friendly, answered all questions, and responded quickly.

For many years I have dreamt of having a coveted Fab Shop truck. They are known for quality and expert and creative installed. I believe that reputation is warranted still. My personal experience began with a designer who was cheerful and nice. He gave my dump truck a quick look and said a quote would be along shortly. I had a structural crack in my cab guard, a bad cover net and wanted some tool boxes mounted on the frame. No biggie. I received the quote within a short time. I immesiay responded excitedly to the email
And wanted to schedule. I was not replied to. I called and spoke to another designer who was not to clear on the job and asked to call me Back With answers to my questions.
1. Will the cab guard be painted?
2. Is The cover being re tarp Ed or the entire mechanism replaced,
3. Do you want to remeasure the truck as the original designer didn’t catch that the exhaust was likely in the way of The proposed installation.

I never got that call. Over the next 2-3 months, I called no less than 5 times with the same
Questions. Never got more than that they would call back. Never did.
I called and asked reception to speak with someone else. Anybody else. She was going to look into it and the same guy called back. With the same answer. They’d call back.
The owner called the next day. He was who wrote the estimate. For the first time he said “this was always a time and material job”. Still no answer on the 3 questions though. I said I wanted to know what they intended to do to repair my bent and cracked guard. He suggested I look elsewhere for service. For

I feel customer service is as important as quality of workmanship. The Fab Shop has half of that down which is why I will
