The best company out there for sure! ETS offers the highest level of customer service within the industry, and the only truly safe and compliant platform out there! Great company to work with, they have amazing customer service. Your not just buying equipment you are buying support when something breaks down. Best equipment on the market for sure. Fire marshals love it when they see ETS equipment in a lab, makes inspections easy.

Been using ETS for a few years. Ever since they moved to their new location their customer service has gone downhill. It takes over a week to get a quote on products they should have in stock. Not to mention the service department is unreliable when it comes to giving time estimates on servicing. It is a shame to see such a great business let themselves go.

We are a new ETS customer #ETSgang. My team completed our training last week on site in Denver at the ETS facility. Madison and Alan were our trainers on the equipment and they were super knowledgeable. In addition to the operation of the equipment they provided additional insight on post processing. We are experienced Co2 processors and really were impressed with the whole team at ETS. Everything from the quality of equipment, solid crating used for shipping, equipment arriving ahead of schedule, and the follow up communication and coordination for the training the ETS team exceeded our expectations. Solid team all around and we'll be ETS customers for the long haul

Good equipment and typically good customer service, with the only exception being my last set of interactions. Tried to get in touch with Jacob, a tech person, for over a week after our recovery pump stopped functioning, but he never called me back. Could have sold me on a rebuild, but I wound up going through someone else because we didn't have a week to waste. I still like ETS though, good products. Propane extraction for life!
