Short staff,furniture in the room needed an upgrade. The parking lot was a ice skating ring during the storm and no pre treating or plowing for more than 24 hours. Had to wait for clean towels. The staff that was there did the best they could but didn't have upper management or corporate support. I won't stay at Extended stay again!

I had many issues with my stay. My room was not properly cleaned before I checked in. The floor hadn't been swept, there was dust everywhere, hair on the towels, stains on the blanket, liquid rings on the surfaces, and weirdly enough, my iron smelled like cigarettes when I used the steam.

Getting another room wouldn't have been an issue, but there were consistent wifi issues throughout the hotel during my stay, and I needed it for work. So I ended up checking out early.

The manager is very difficult to reach so don't bother. I've tried and they were either not working that day, or had left work early. If you can, spend a little more money for your peace of mind and stay at the Hampton Inn 10 minutes away.

If the weather is not bad, you may be better off sleeping in your car than staying here.

on the other hand it is a cheap 2 🌟 hotel. Any upgrade will increase the price ...

Clean sheets and rooms with fresh air would be nice. After guests leave please open the windows and get some air circulation to get rid of the cigarette stink

My stay at this Extended Stay was just horrible. They say the kitchen is fully equipped, but that was not the case at all. You had to get pots, pans, and utensils from the front desk, and even then, they were sparse. My room was at the end of the hallway near an exit. A trash bag full of garbage was left across the hall from my room near the exit. The floors in my room were filthy. We had to go to the front desk to get a broom to sweep the kitchen and living area floors. I have stayed at other extended stays and they were not like this at all!
A storm dropped snow and ice during my stay. The parking lot was a mess. No plowing was done. Not even the Handicapped parking spaces were plowed!!!!
We requested towels- they were "all out" and we had to wait for clean towels.

Stayed here for the first time this week. Couldn’t have been happier. Rate is $100-$200 less expensive than similar hotels nearby and just as good if not better. The gals on the check in desk were friendly and efficient. There’s 4 washers and 4 dryers right off the lobby that can be used 24/7. Only “complaint” I have is that they only had flavored creamer for the coffee-LOL. Will definitely stay again

I picked this location because it was near the places I wanted to visit and when i checked in my room, The 1st room the sofa was really dirty and had a bad smell. I did let the front desk know. The WIFI wasn't very stable and the breakfast was just ok nothing to fill you up.

The staff was great!! The room was just okay. The pictures online were misleading. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. It was what we paided for. The location was great. We had an unsusal circumstcirc and the staff was very understanding and helpful. They were by far the part of our stay.

Bathroom has mold in it.
They charge for towels if u need more What are I serious. Priceline has it as a 2.5 star. It’s not. It’s a 2 at best. U know how the saying goes. U get what u pay for
