I am happy with my Express Kitchen Cabinets. Today I called customer service about a small issue in the installation, and they scheduled me already to send a technician. I strongly recommend to add additional services, like backsplash, which I had to get from other company. I invested an important amount of money, but it worth. Is beautiful and I received many congratulations online and from friends and family.
I received a visit of a technician from Express kitchen yesterday Wednesday , January 29. He fixed the trim and attached properly a hedge after my microwave installation. Very happy for a great customer service and to Mr. Frank Davis, who took care of me, and solve the problem. Great customer service. Very happy with my cabinets and with the customer service. I strongly recommend Express Kitchen to whomever needs kitchen cabinets.

I had my kitchen counter top done by Express Kitchen and was so happy with the result that we had our bathroom counter done by them as well. I am so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend them for your counter top installation! We can’t say enough about Susan. Our experience with Susan mucci was a excellent experience, she knew what she was doing, very confident and put us at ease with our decisions.frank Davies was also out standing to work with any question that I had an answer and solve the problem . The process was streamlined, from choosing the countertops and vanities (with the help of Susan in the New London office), to the templating and installation of the quartz. Very impressed!

I am so very pleased with Express Kitchen!!  I can't say enough great things about Susan!!  She is so kind and so very knowledgeable about all of the products!  The layout that she came up with for my new kitchen was just perfect!!  She completed the order in a very timely fashion.  My new kitchen is exactly what I wanted.  I was so happy with it, that I had her create a custom vanity for my master bathroom. Just when she thought I was done ordering, lol, I came back to get cabinets and countertop for the wet bar in the family room. There is nothing she can't design!  I am over the top pleased with everything she designed for me!!
I must also say how pleased I was with the guys that came out to do the templates.  They also were very nice and efficient!  I wasn't present for the delivery of everything, but I'm sure they were nice too.
I had checked out 4 other places for my cabinets, and they came out on top. I am so very thankful for the whole Express Kitchen team.  Especially Susan!!!!

We are in the process of a kitchen remodel with Express Kitchens. The man that demoed the kitchen and then installed the cabinets was wonderful..hardworking, clean and professional. The cabinets are beautiful and well made. We do not have counter in yet but will share Friday. It’s a long process and all the timing is subject to change. Susan in the New London store was very helpful with good suggestions. Kat, Customer Service Rep, calmed our nerves when we thoughts things were going awry.

I'd like to take a few minutes to give props to my two delivery men today. They called to give me a heads up that they were 20 minutes out, which was perfect. They carefully back the truck into my driveway and graciously unloaded the many boxes of my new kitchen! I did not catch their names, however, these two gentlemen were very respectful of my property, and pleasant to chat with for the hour or so that they were here. I sent them on their way with a couple bottles of water and wish them safe travels the rest of the day.
Nicely done!!
