Essex Moving Co. is outstanding. I have used them several times over the past 2 years. Moving out of a family home after losing both of my parents within 4 months was not easy. There were decades worth of memories to pack. Large pieces of antique furniture had to be moved from an 1852 home with 3 floors of intricate hallways and corners. Karl is always extremely calm and professional. His team is caring, fun, and kind. I tell them I consider them family now. On a side note, when our community wanted to send 2 truckloads of supplies down to Noth Carolina after its flooding disaster, Karl immediately answered the call to drive his truck down there. Great, wonderful people. The very best. Highly recommend.

Karl and crew are the best - great communication, punctual, they take care with handling the furniture, they ask questions to make sure they do what you want, they are very nice “clean cut” (is that still okay to say?) young men. Highly recommend.

I called a week ago and owner said he could help me in a week then said send photos of my house and what needs to be moved. So I sent him pics and address to ove t and never answered so reach out tonight to confirm tomorrow and said he was sorry can not make it. Yet on our first phone call he said was going vaca for two weeks so what sense does that mdke. Not sure what I did wrong but guess they need learn customer service I'm guesding

Absolutely above and beyond! Karl and his team took all the stress of moving from Ct to Nc off our shoulders! Handled our stuff with great care while making sure it all fit in the truck! They made it seem so effortless! I couldn’t be more appreciative! Thanks guys!!
