I stopped by to try their ribs, which they do on Sundays. It was the most delicious fall off the bone ribs I've ever had. Sad thing is, I was in Moses Lake for over 40 days, and I only discovered this on the day I left. I'll be back for more!

Ernie's is the best meat shop in town! Almost everything you need for your perfect barbecue. They also have a wine shop! Visit them and checkout! You will be suprised. You will not be disappointed!

Well worth the hour and twenty minute drive one way to see these folks! The employees and owners are personable folks and very easy to deal with. The prices are very reasonable and the steaks are unbelievably delicious. We will be back bi weekly for meat! They even do custom orders which is outstanding! Ernie’s is the place to go!

Best butcher in town, hands down. Dry aged 30 day ribeye, and ask for their Denver cut, or ribeye ends. You won't be sorry.

I’ve tried their ribeye at Michael’s restaurant in town, and it was amazing! So I knew I had to stop by and pick up a few things for dinner. They did not disappoint! Amazing! And they have cougar gold cheese too 😋 ❤️ Delicious, Tender steak!
