I'm catching to look like Target! I always love going places and visiting different stores. Seeing the wide variety of people in a public space makes me feel optimistic. I love Target. I've been to many in Massachusetts, but this is my favorite by far. I've traveled from Ludlow to here to just do minor shopping. Prices and staff are fantastic.

reviewing separately from target… most employees are kind and excited to see literally anyone that visits, but this mall is SO DEAD. i used to go here a lot as a child and now the mall is a goner. almost all stores are closed.

this place is a little too quiet, which was nice for training my (legit) service dog, till somebody’s unsupervised pet dog got loose and started bugging my service dog. the security guard had an opportunity to ask the pet dog’s owner to leash their dog before my service dog and i ever stepped foot in here. it doesn’t matter that the loose dog was friendly, it’s that the loose dog’s safety could’ve been at risk had he gotten into something, left the building unsupervised, or encountered an unfriendly dog.

if the loose dog incident didn’t happen, i’d rate this place 3 stars, but not because it’s a mall. i’d rate it 3 stars because it’s a mall simulator for a younger service dog, or a quiet retreat to maintain your older service dog’s training. or for getting steps in, or for wheelchair races.

the loose dog incident didn’t get recorded, but i did get a video of the general vibe of the mall.

It’s a ghost town. Target on one end and that’s so dirty inside and out. Garbage outside in parking lot is disgusting. Seems target would want their parking lot to at least be kept clean. Mall is good place to walk in the cold. Moved to area in 1999 and miss all it had, macys, JCPenney, sears, movies, bath and body etc… so sad to see it like this.

Nice to visit as I have been coming here since a kid in the late 80s. Unfortunately it’s a trip through sad nostalgia walking around here as everything is starting to up and leave including my beloved movie theater. Hopefully it can be revived for generations to come.

Yesterday was my daughter birthday, I make the Deposit $200 for the Crystals Fun Spot place and we were supposed to be there by 1:30pm to decorate. Guess what...they were closed and the owner never never answered our calls. More than 10 kids were left without games and fun. Luckily today, there was some trick or treat at the Mall so we went around with them and they had a good time. Don't go to this place. They don't care about your kids at all. Scammers 😡😡😡

Last week we came here also and there was a cart thing with a trailer on it so basicly the guy that was driving it almost hit into us and the guy didn't even slow down. He was going like 40 mph... the other thing is I think his name is Alex, that's what he said it was when my wife and I were stopped by him, it was just to say hi but he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder because he also was talking down to the other guards here. Another guy and a girl. I asked the other guy if he was a boss or something and although all he said was no, that guy helped my wife and myself out to our car. We will be coming back here just because of that guard. The one with the security hat. He seemed like supervisor material just the stuff some of the other shop keepers said about him. I mean I would hire him as a manager or whatever it is for guards if I were in that spot. Wish there was more in the mall though...
