You may think you are saving time & money with the "big"box stores but you cannot put a price on knowledge, customer service AND the satisfaction of supporting the small business owner. Friendly folks and their knowledge on paints and handling of special situations like we had was outstanding. I learned so much from them on painting my victorian.
