Gunter was very responsive to my inquiry and came within a few days to service my gas fireplace. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. He put down a drop cloth, thoroughly cleaned my fireplace insert, and changed the igniter button and was finished in about 45’. I would highly recommend Emberglow!

I had a different company come out and “repair” our gas fireplace. It worked for a week. When I called back they said I need a new one. I called Ember Glow and they were out the next day and got the fireplace running. Gunter suggested that three parts be replaced. He came back the next day and replaced the 20 year old parts. They only charged me for one service call and the new parts. Very honest , you can trust this company!

I needed a fireplace safety screen for my Steamboat house and Gunter was able to help me take all the measurements and do the install for me remotely. He was super friendly and accommodating and gave me good advice on what would work best. His rates were reasonable and he was able to get it done right away - he was the only one that answered my call the same day. He even went out of his way to call the fireplace manufacturer to see if they made a cover specifically for my fireplace.
