Investigator Trevino the 1st one on the scene for a victim in distress. failed to render ain't to my deceased nephew. She had my own brother perform cpr in his dying son. As well stopping a paramedic from rendering aid to him. Office Muniz. As well stopped me out the ETJ. kidnapped me from one jurisdiction to another. Brought me back to be trialed in elsa, the he broke my gold bracelet. The moment he ran my name he knew me personally. As he was booking me. He told me I went to school with his wife . And office I never meant in my life told me that.

The city hall of Elsa has the absolute worst service I have ever experienced my entire time being in the RGV. I conduct business with every city in the RGV and have had no trouble with any other city hall until I began conducting business in the city of Elsa. More with the accounting department than any other. Their ability to give minimal information or even answer a phone call is a complete joke. Even when present there you will wait 30-45 minutes just for someone to tell you the person capable of helping you out is not available (meaning they are sitting at their desk with their nose buried in their cell phone). Employees there need to either be replaced or trained better to fulfill what their occupation entitles them to do. Will further my complaint to a higher state in hopes of getting this resolved. City manager really needs to get a grip of how employees there treat people who are attempting to make this joke of a city better.

Refuse to fix city streets, taxing for street maintenance but when I call to ask for the street to be repaired in my neighborhood they say I need to get a petition signed by all my neighbors, then show up to a town meeting for a vote. I’ve been trying endlessly since hurricane dolly and till this day nothing but pothole filling is being done. Our road is past pothole repairs it is nothing but a quick fix. give it three to four months and they’re back.
