I don't understand the positive reviews.
1. Line is always looooooong. Expect an hour wait.
2. Rude employees who look for any reason to assert their authority. They sit there doing nothing but their window is closed.
3. Don't think of bringing a used vehicle, especially from another state, or anything exotic. They don't know how to handle it and treat you like a criminal for buying it.
4. I give them 2 stars because they are not as bad as Montgomery.

Awful customer service to say the least. If the sign says we close at 4 30 then it should be 4 30 not locking the doors at 4 15 and waving at you to go away. People drive along way and leave work early to come here and you just make up rules as you go. Good customer service is so so hard to find anymore.

I will keep reposting this every time it is deleted. Sorry if someone cannot stand the truth. Probate Judge John Thornton is too lazy to do his job with respect to constable elections. He no longer wanted to deal with the different ballots for the different precincts, so he asked the County Commission to get a bill in the legislature to abolish the office of Constable in Elmore County. The Commission asked Mike Holmes to draft such a bill. Holmes complied despite the fact that this reviewer had previously assisted in getting him elected to two terms in the State Legislature. Holmes is not seeking re-election, so he thinks he can do as he pleases. The root problem here is Thornton. He refuses to perform his duties and has robbed the people of Elmore County of a free service.

Purchased an RV in North Carolina. Brought ALL the title paperwork including the NC title showing the VIN. Told can not title without a picture of the VIN on the RV. Really? You think the picture I take will be different from the TITLE? Had purchased a car in Georgia 4 months earlier and did not need a picture of the VIN from the car because I HAD THE TITLE showing the VIN.

Just called and asked for a price for a tag and the lady said "I can't give you a price over the phone, you just have to bring your paperwork up here and we'll put it in. Okay" and literally hung up in my face. Extremely rude and unprofessional for no reason.
