Everything we had there was very good! I could not believe the brussel sprout appetizer. It could have been an entree. It was a very good size and very delicious! I had one half of the salmon salad which was very good with the balsamic dressing and my daughter had the lobster raviolis. Everything was very good and so was the service. Everything was clean and tidy as well.

We had a Wonderful Dinner Experience this evening at the Ellensburg Pasta Company. Eli was our server, he was Amazing. He was very attentive to our needs the whole entire time, always making sure we had water, etc. We ordered the spinach salad with pear, red onions and walnuts but we switched the Blue Cheese to Feta cheese to share for starters. Then my wife Kerri had the Creamy Chicken Pesto dish with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, broccoli, and penne. I had the Chicken Parmigiana dish, which was incredible. When we first got Sat, We really liked the minced Garlic in a small dish to dip our bread into, after we added oil & vinegar. We will be back very soon, even though it’s a 45min drive for us in Easton.

I come from a large city ..so this was tough.
The space is a little cramped. Waited for a bit to have order taken. Bruschetta was AMAZING! I ordered spaghetti marinera with meatballs - watery and no taste to the sauce. Meatballs were not very appetizing either.

We stopped by a couple nights ago while driving through town to Yakima, and enjoyed it so much that we took some other people back for lunch today. Great service, delicious food and good atmosphere (with good music!).

Ellensburg Pasta Co. - Being our last night in Ellensburg, we stopped in at EPC for dinner. We dined there last year. One of us opted for the Chicken Parmesean. He gave it a 7 out of 10. The red sauce was good with nice flavor as was the chicken. The chicken was hot which was great. Yet, the speghetti noodles were ordinary and the breading too hard. Another in our group had the Shrimp Primavera and gave it a 8 of 10. Meanwhile, another had the Artichoke with Angel hair pasta. He gave it 2 out of 10 with no flavor, no spice, no reason to even exist. Adding some red pepper flakes and grated cheese would help. I had the Boss Burger with crispy fries. I gave the burger 7 out 10. It was hot and good beef but lacked some flavor. The fries were too salty. The floor entertainment, the flies buzzing around, lacked character and detracted from the scene when landing on the bread and water glasses.

The manager Brigitte(not 100% sure) refused to allow me and my service dog to dine there on December 14th, 2024. She repeatedly said that no animal was allowed in the building in a very rude manner and harsh tone, although there was a sign on the door indicating that service animals were allowed. I kept insisting that my dog was a service animal, yet she didn't back down. I've been working with my lawyer regarding this case. I'll also post reviews on different websites, as well as publishing a video about this incident on my social media channels. This is not how customers should be treated. Also, they're was an empty table that could sit 6 people but they made a group of 4 people wait for more than half an hour, because they'd rather save it for a bigger group. The dumbest manager and staffs I've come across.

Me and my wife always come here for lunch and or dinner, one of our favorite places to eat. We have never left disappointed and always leave completely stuffed. The food is always very good and I love they’re coffee. The desert here never disappoints especially the Caramel cheesecake. Very nice atmosphere and very kind staff. Very helpful and respectful. Definitely recommend coming here it is a must if in Ellensburg.
