Everyone at Elizabeth Locker Plant is so amazing!

I came here with a special request of a specific bone to help to educate youth about livestock anatomy and the uses of different bones from livestock.

They were more than willing to help accommodate and did a special cut for me and even stayed open late for me to pick it up!

I don’t live in the area and it was such a blessing for them to be so hospitable! Great people and great organization.

Staff was very kind and helpful when we picked up the Beef. Store is extremely neat and clean. All packaging is clearly marked and organized. We are so thankful for the processing and commitment we see when walking into the Plant. Team Meat eaters. <3

Hands down one of my favorite places to buy meat. From the fresh local beef to the hand crafted wide variety of sausages,bacons and brats. You're guaranteed to find something you'll love. When i have my choice of supporting the community or going to a big box store with questionable meat its a no Brainer. I very highly recommend them.

Great place! Wonderful people! Reasonable prices on locally sources beef, pork and poultry. Lots of sausage selections, and varipus bacons and smoked cuts. And they put on a great #ColoradoMeatIn event!
