I LOVE Educational Innovations! They have the greatest collection of science equipment and activities that grab kids' attention. I am very pleased with everything I have ever bought there. Plus, their customer service people are knowledgeable and attentive, which makes for a great experience.

They have always gone above and beyond with their customer service when I've dealt with them. They have jumped through hoops to ensure an item that was ordered last minute for a project was at my doorstep exactly when they said it would be. The advantage of talking to an actual HUMAN customer service representative who is physically able to walk into their warehouse to find my order is something you won't get anywhere else. Love this place.
