We had an old panel that was a mess. Our lights were flickering, and it was overloading, but our breakers were not popping, so in the potentially dangerous situation, they came out and did what they could so we had safe power over the weekend. They were professional and pleasant and explained everything that was going on, they came back on Monday and installed the new panel in 2 days, and now I have power again. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

Absolutely ridiculous! Rude and so unhelpful.
I called to ask for an electrician, routed to one who answers with, “hello, yea what do you wanna know”.
And was then told he doesn’t even service the area, just the five boroughs.
Totally unprofessional!! Beware!!!
