I understand valentines is busy but I ordered my wife a delivery at 8am. I then told the lady on the phone it had to arrive by 3 to make sure she got it at work. I was informed it would be. Wife left work at 4:15pm which I had just received a text at 4:11pm it had only started being prepared. I also called the store 14 different times and not once the phone was picked up. Absolutely terrible service regardless of a busy day.

My son in-law sent my daughter a valentines arrangement because this is all she wanted and asked for. He sprung for the larger package because it was a special occasion. While the edible arrangement was beautiful, the flowers and balloon that accompanied them were lack luster at best. The flowers were freezing and pretty much dead and the balloon was almost deflated. I would recommend maybe working with a florist next year.

Always enjoy ordering from Edible Arrangements! They never fail to have delicious options each time I order. Prices are affordable, and the free delivery is always such a help if I'm unable to pick up! My latest order was for my husband for our wedding anniversary. I had Edible Arrangements delivery to our hotel prior to us checking in. That way it would be in our room prior to our arrival. I was nervous for it to be delivered there before I checked in. But they made it such a seamless process! Everything tasted great and i was so happy with the service.

Purchased an edible arrangement and flower bouquet for my wedding anniversary and received an edible arrangement where the fruit was old and the flowers had what I believe was mold in them. Either way they were not healthy. When I sent in a claim they wanted me to bring the bouquet back and they would replace it. That’s fine and all but spending over $100 on fruit and flowers and delivery and that’s the best they could do was unacceptable. I don’t believe I will be doing business with this company ever again.

Never buy anything here. The mis Represented what I ordered and I was supposed to receive seven pineapples half dip and 26 strawberries half dipped and what I received was the seven pineapples half dipped and only four strawberries that were dipped for 91 something the price was outrageous and I’m I’m disgusted so I would never order from this place again We’re a reputable company, Alliance healthcare

Horribly disappointed . Been trying to call the store for 2 days and no one answers left messages no return call. The tray of fruit was horrible. It was like the fruit had been out of the cooker for a while condensatiin on the bag and fruit. Blueberries wernt fresh they were nushy. Strawberries werent even ripe nor were they coverwd in a lot of chocolate . The pinapple was browning and hard. Supposed to come with balloons never even got them. The fliwers had petals that had brown coloring on the petal tips. The best part of over a 200.00 purchase was the little stuffed teddy bear. Soooo disappointed!!!

Extremely disappointed with the flowers. First bouquet had slime and mold within the flowers. They were kind enough to send over a replacement but it was less than half the size and flowers were just as disappointing.
