Needed a new fridge and decided to go to East Coast. Huge selection on display so you can actually look, touch, open the doors, etc. We bought one of their open box refrigerators, saved some $$$ and we could not be happier. We just bought a refrigerator and had a great experience. We love our new Whirlpool fridge. Our salesperson, John, was great onsite helping us find the perfect fridge for us and our limited space. There was a snafu with our first delivery date, but it was an honest mistake. Our actual delivery experience was fantastic. The two gentlemen that delivered our fridge were both friendly and professional and did a great job with the install. I highly recommend checking out East Coast if you haven’t yet!

We went to find a refrigerator. They had many scratch and dents, with more in back. They suggested one from the back that checked all the boxes. Checked big box store, both were backorder to 2 months. Everyone at East Coast Appliance were friendly and able to answer all questions. Even on wanted items for upcoming kitchen remodeling and laundry replacements. Delivery day was quick and easy. Worth your time to look, they had the best price around my area.

Jim Johnston and his crew at East Coast Appliance went above and beyond expectations. The removed an oversized GE Monogram refrigerator from the second floor. The refrigerator could only go out the back door, onto the deck, up over the railing and then down to the ground. This required the use of a very large crane parked on the opposite side of the building. Thank you so much for solving this problem for us.

I recently purchased the latest Speed Queen washer and dryer set from East Coast Appliance, Jenny did a fantastic job of explaining the features and functions of both so I could make a competent decision.
