Our group brought in one elk and two deer to get processed in 2017 and were not satisfied with our experience at all. After we picked up our meat and sorted through it at home, we realized there were a few issues. First issue was there were about a dozen packages that had not been sealed whatsoever as you can see in the attached picture. Second issue was there were a large number of ground burger packages that had not been marked at all, which can also be seen in attached picture. Final issue, and the most important, was that we were missing all of our elk backstrap!! I had called multiple times to ask where the rest of our meat was, and they indicated they had no idea. They promised to make it right, but eventually they quit answering or returning my phone calls. Extremely aggravating experience after packing an elk out a few miles to not get to enjoy any backstrap. Our group would highly discourage anyone from bringing their meat here.

Took in 2 large elk, and one small to process, ended up with a small amount of meat for what we took in..
