Beach Lake is a nice place and getting better all the time. The new stuff they are building here is really nice for a small park getaway area.The park has good forest everywhere, the lake is nice, they have a nice dock/walkway and they are building a nice lodge area with walkways and fire pits with benches. My visit was not on a hot summer day, but there was plenty of empty spaces in the parking lot. Paved road all the way back to the lake also.
