Ordered and paid for patches on behalf of my unit. Here we are, over a year behind schedule. Nobody will return calls or emails. Have had no updates to timelines or progress in months. Whatever it is you are thinking about using Eagle for, I suggest using literally anyone else. This company is a complete joke.

There is such thing as being a poor customer and I am proof of that. I ordered the wrong size OGB bcuz I don’t know how to follow directions. I compound this while trying to exchange said belt for a Large. I was sure not to include tracking or bother retaining my receipt.
