I’d like to express my appreciation for a job extremely well done by Eagle Fence: knowledgeable sales from Evelyn, and Alex, the fence was beautifully constructed, and, we had a very minor problem, which they immediately rectified.
This transaction from beginning to end has been exceptional, and (regretfully) in today’s business
environment with often sketchy customer service, it’s great to find people who care. Eagle is top notch, top to bottom.

I was looking for white vinyl fence post caps. I called the 1st Company I dialed and picked up 10 caps that were about $32.00. I go them home and tried to replace the old ones that were cracking from the heat as the fence was 9 years old. The caps would not fit and I had to take them back to the Fence company in Rock Island. I was charged a restocking fee of $20.00. I asked if they had another size, but the one they sold me was the only size they had. They also suggested I call Eagle Fence as they might have a size that fit my needs. I called and got directions and was there in 15 minutes. They lady I talked to was very helpful. She asked me my name and address and realized I was a previous customer. I had a fence put up last year and forgot that Eagle Fence was my vendor. Once they determined who I was, I was given 7 free tops/caps for my fence posts. It was a very quick transaction and I will remember Eagle Fence for any future needs. Jim, East Wenatchee.
