I've used Dutch for 7 years for both oil delivery and service. I've never run out of oil (unlike my last provider). I appreciate the price lock cap options as well as the monthly payment plans.

Anytime I've had an issue with my furnace, they've been extremely prompt, courteous, and highly skilled.

I was told I needed an oil tank due to age and condition. I was not thrilled to say the least as the tech came out for something else. Better safe than sorry... Dutch Oil &Propane was the company that serviced our home when we bought it. We decided to keep them for at least the first year because they knew the home and had been servicing it for some time, and we didn’t know anyone else in the area. Three years later we are still with Dutch and are extremely happy with their services. They are highly responsive, and everyone we have dealt with has been awesome- from the office staff to the delivery teams, the maintenance teams, and installers. We can always reach them for any questions we may have, and they are always friendly and helpful. They even made an emergency propane delivery on a Christmas Eve when we had no power and were using the fireplace to heat our home. We love Dutch!

I have been using Dutch Oil for over 20 years. They are always pleasant to talk to. They are always able to solve my problems such as my furnace not working. Recently, though, they went above and beyond that when I called them about a bill I was very late in paying. I explained that I have been going through a terrible personal situation for the past year in which I lost my youngest brother and my father within 9 months of each other. Then I lost 2 friends within the past 4 months; the losses were very sudden and tragic as one friend killed herself and the other friend went into renal failure and died within a few weeks. I have been in a prolonged grieving state and was very late in paying all my bills. They were extremely understanding and gracious to me, allowing me a little extra time to pay the bill, for which I am very thankful. I highly recommend this company.

Great company! I’ve been a Dutch Oil customer since 1997 and they’ve never let me down. They have installed whole house air conditioning and have been servicing it for years. They also put in a new furnace which is super efficient and I couldn’t be more grateful considering the cost of energy. Very reliable, honest and trustworthy company. They also Service my oil furnace every year and do a great job. Today I had my Propane fireplace serviced. My service technician was Jason who was great.
