We had accumulated some junk and it just became a hassle to plan out a trip to the dump when your lives get busy. I was looking around for a junk pick up service and saw all of the major players - I went to their website and sussed out some quotes. At this point we just want our space back so I didn't care. It seemed high priced but we were willing. This sponsored ad stuck out to me and the company was local, which made me more inclined to dig deeper. The price was much more reasonable for what we had to dispose of and they were great! Troy and Howard called with their ETA the day of and gave me a quick estimate. Loaded everything up and we were in and out in 20 minutes. They were so nice and I would hesitate to call them again. Next project- the garage and we'll be calling back to Dump-It!

This place is great, not sure why you’d work with the bigger name places when thus team exists. They charged me 1/3 of the other quotes I got, and sooo much less than other services like GotJunk and College Kids want to charge. The pricing is really fair for what it is!

Austin & Tyler were great, fast, and showed up on time!

This is the third time I have used Dump-it and they have done an awesome job. Great communication, always friendly, prices reasonable. I highly recommend. Troy and Parker picked up my "junk" today and did an awesome job. Always such a good feeling to get rid of things that you no longer need without the hassle of doing it yourself.

Highly recommend! I have a rental house that was left in disarray by the tenants. The crews did an amazing job of clearing out the inside and hauling everything away. I needed two full trucks and worked with two different crews. All 4 guys were amazing and super helpful! The first crew was Tucker and Howard, and the second was Austin and Juvion.

We had an excellent experience with Dump It! Troy and Juvion arrived on time and greeted us warmly, making the whole process stress-free. They quickly assessed our load, which was about 3/8 of a truck plus four tires (charged at $10 each), and gave us a clear estimate.

Their honesty stood out when the final cost came in at just over $300 with tax, even though the truck looked more full than expected. They charged based on the volume (as if items were stacked on top of each other), not just how it looked when loaded.

Their boss was also very responsive, approving the estimate and final price promptly after receiving pictures. The whole team was professional, efficient, and fair. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of junk removal!

I had some motorcycles and other junk to dispose of. A crew and truck from Dump It were at my home the same afternoon and gave me a fair quote. Unfortunately, the bikes were too heavy to safely get them into the truck, and I appreciated that Troy and Tucker were straightforward about voicing their concerns so we could decide together to prioritize their safety. I'll find another way to get rid of the motorcycles. In the meantime, they re-quoted us for the other junk we had, loaded all that and took it away quickly and with no fuss. I'm definitely going to call them again the next time I have need of their services.
