Ordered a year and 4 months ago and haven't received anything, I emailed them and always get a snippy response, I understand the owner passed away and I offer my condolences but why are they still taking orders and posting 6 month wait when its over a year? I canceled my order and got helvie knives, I couldn't be more pleased with helvie.

The knives were well worth the wait. They are nicely crafted and sharp out of the box. When I emailed them asking about the status of my order - they were very quick with a response. I'll be placing an order soon for more.

They take 1 minute to take your money, no updates on your order and 504 days later it finally arrives and its the wrong product. Dont buy from here.

After almost 7 months, I received a Gil knife in a slippery resin handle with a really weak blade. Really poor product. Deep disappointment, given the waiting time and payment in advance. The knife delivered to me does not meet any of the specifications on the website.

I ordered a knife over 4 months ago and have not received my order. They charged my credit card when I ordered so they have my money but I don’t have my knife. I tried calling them and their voicemail is full. I emailed them a month ago but received no reply.

I wanted to use the knife for awhile before leaving a review. Wow! What a great carving knife. This is my go too carving knife for all my carving. Holds a edge forever and comfortable to the hand. I can carve for a long time and my hand does not get sore. Great deal. Thanks.

Went there to very nice people and very welcoming we enjoy every minute there and will be happy to go on Monday that have there every Monday
