Bought an ice machine from this company through Amazon for a client of mine. After four weeks of waiting, I called them. They could not give me any info even though they could see my order. They could not tell me why it had not shipped or when it would ship.
I called Amazon. They were surprised it had not shipped and figured that DEQonline must not have had it in stock. Amazon tried re-submitting the order to DEQonline and here I sit a week later with the order still in pending.
Poor customer service.
Lack of communication.
Lack of inventory.

purchased 2 x BUNN hot water dispenser via amazon. listing had no info no description of the unit, technical tab had no info no description of the specs. refunded the unit because of incorrect power output, seller wanted me to pay for their initial shipping cost, my own return shipping cost, and 20% restocking fee per unit. unacceptable refund policy and dishonest seller, claim filed with amazon. STAY AWAY! DISHONEST SELLER!

There is a good selection of Kitchen supplies. This is the only place of it's kind, anywhere near our area. Cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils of all kinds.

Buyers beware , returns are accepted but expect to be ignored , to pay a 20 percent restocking fee and to pay for shipping meaning it will cost you more than half of what u paid for the product .
