Dry Alfredo, no sauce on any of the pizzas, lava cake was fully cooked through, wings had no sauce & if that's what you call a NY pizza then what do you call your regular pizzas. I guess you get what you pay for but for $50+ I was expecting at least mediocrity. If this is how all Domino's operate than I would pass on all future visits.

Update;
One of the managers Rachel contacted me with an apology and credit towards a future purchase which we eventually used yesterday. She took the order and it was much much better the second time around. Shoutout to her and her great customer service recovery skills!

These guys and gal (the red head) are fantastic!!!!! I’ve only ever had two issues with them over the past 3 years from ordering from them! The employees were such a pleasure to speak with and very enthusiastic & sincere! I wanted to give an acknowledge them this time bc one of the drivers (the red head) went up and beyond for me on my order.
I just recently called in my order and the guy i spoke to was courteous and pleasant to speak with- when I picked up my order the vibe of the place was outstanding!!!! They created an awesome atmosphere!!! If I wasn’t so pressed on time I would have eaten my pizza there!!!
Everyone, from the one rolling dough, to the ones making food on the ovens to the ones stoking the shelves they were all very pleasant! I can’t speak enough good things about them!

My most recent order was a complete disaster. I ordered two pizzas with different sauces, but they got them mixed up and put the sauces on the wrong pizzas. I only noticed it after I got home, and now it's all gone to waste.

Disheartening experience this time vs. all the other great times I’ve had being new to the area. Not sure who the male was yelling at me from the moment I walked in -super unprofessional and very tyrant fused-told me not to park in the front of the building in-front of everyone in a very aggressive, and demeaning manor. Said it was a liability which I could, respectfully understand. As a worker addressing a longtime patron of the chain-he could have easily addressed me by pulling me aside and asking why I had. I would have then kindly and respectfully, explained that I had waited in the handicapped parking spot for over 35mins with my hazards on to pickup my pizzas (which I have a sticker for). I saw a male with dreads and a hat holding two pizzas come out the door and stand and glance into the parking lot before returning back inside. After having waited as long as I did I decided to drive up hopefully be able to snag my pizzas and get the family to eat since it was a longer than normal wait. I was greeted by this individual who has no manners nor proper customer service care. There were other patrons in the store eating and the cooking area was more than fully staffed to the point this individual soured the entire atmosphere with his show. I politely stated I was just there to pickup my pizzas; embarrassed and appalled by this male and his antics. I hurried to the register where I was met by the male with dreads and a hat who kindly, and quickly disarmed the negativity in the air from the other male handing me my pizzas, apologizing and sending me off with “have a wonderful evening”. The male from the beginning continues his antics towards me again as I am walking out having already been disconnected in communication with him a while ago; proceeds with “moving forward in the future parking there is a liability for us”, sir it’s a liability that it’s raining and the staff there did not do their due diligence in actually going up to the vehicles parked and just double checking and asking, so simple I would have gotten my order and left. This is a huge inconvenience for me and now your liability show. Background:The car option ordered from online was not able to be switched since it was a different vehicle I was in this time. Super easy situation blown out of control by a worker who does not know their place. Another patron would have spazzed. I’d just say corporate should do an investigation here undercover to see that patrons needs are actually getting fully met. Invest in proper staff who have etiquette, integrity, maturity and resistance to provide anything other than the upmost professionalism every time💯

Called in an order at 1:16, they took my order charged my card. Then waited an hour no pizza. Called back first guy I talked to very nice he couldn't find it and got a manager. Manager was extremely rude couldn't tell me why my card was charged. Telling me I didn't place an order today. Called my bank put a stop payment on the amount they charged. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

As I was walking out I overheard someone say “way to go everyone… that’s how you stick it out” … I carried out on a rainy night and the workers were grinding hard af. Mad respect. The food was pretty good. Thanks.
