I was standing in line at the customer service of the Fred Meyer here in Grants Pass and there was a display of the used to be Juanita's now is wantonio's or something . I started talking to a lady about the chips and how they just suddenly weren't the same. She agreed we agreed that they'd gone from being the gold standard far above all the other ordinary chips to being just another white Bland chip. Another lady in line listening in joined in too and her experience was the same since the name change something has really Tanked tank the quality of the Juanita's chips . I'm sure you're going to lose a lot of customers on this one because now it's a hunt for buying and finding another brand that's a step above the standard blend tortilla chips. It's a big disappointment for me as I worked at the original Taco House in Portland and people used to come in just to buy bags of our homemade chips. Juanita's was like a very adept take off on restaurant quality. What the heck happened?

Binging with Babish, YouTube’s biggest food content creator, ranked 50 tortilla chips and DID NOT try a Juanita chip because they live in New York City. Please reach out to this man and send him the best tortilla chips in America! He deserves the best coming out of Oregon.

Love these chips I would buy them in Washington all the time. They were my main chip. Moved to San Diego area about 5miles from the border and the chips here just aren’t as good. Think about selling them down in the imperial beach area. People would love them down here

I feel like my most recent bag wasn't up to par. It was ok but different. Every bag I had before this one, and there's been A LOT, was 5 Stars. My most rent bag seemed much dryer, less flavor and reminded me all the other brands of tortilla chips on the market.

They seem to have changed their recipe. Out of the last eight bags I purchased only one had the excellent, classic flavor. The rest tasted like every other chip brand out there.

Being a truck driver, I have had the opportunity to visit the warehouses and distributution centers of hundreds of famous brand food product manufacturers, some of which no longer enjoy my business as a consequence of that visit. However, I am quite pleased to say that, after visiting this production facility, Juanitas has earned a lifelong customer.
Aside from crafting the hands-down best corn tortilla chip I've ever tasted, I found the employees to be friendly, hard-working, and genuinely concerned about the quality of their product and I really like doing business with good people who care, especially when what they produce tastes so good.
If you've never had the chance to try Juanita's tortilla chips, I can only say that you are missing out. I realize that this is a crazy claim to make about a tortilla chip but I guarantee that if you try one, you'll agree. Then, while you're throwing your other branded chips into the trash, you can thank me.
And yes, I've been eating chips the whole time I wrote this.
