I have placed 6 orders from this company - starting back in 2012 they took the time to answer what amounted to a 127 long chain of emails about what i planned for my truck. back then shipping was measured in months but everything was built to order. over the years ive seen a marked growth in this company. i mention this because of negative reviews around contact times and shipment times. they are not an AcDelco - they are some guys in a warehouse - cutting and welding parts for our trucks, parts that in my experience - exceed the skookum factor of any off the shelf/store bought part out there.

Over the past 6 months ive called to ask questions many times and placed a couple of orders - not once did i call and not find a human to answer me, shipping occurred with in hours of my order being placed and parts arrived with in the week. rather than pushing me into buying a new part - they offered to sell me bungs and joints to weld in myself and upgrade one of their older parts to current spec. this is a company who is not out to rip you off, i have never not received a part that i ordered. they are here to help us create the trucks we want to play with.

I have ordered parts from many companies over the years but i find myself continually coming back to DoR because they have quality parts and continue to iterate on their previous works, improving as they go.

Talked to the company before I ordered and they said the wait time is 2-4 weeks on the parts I wanted so I ordered around $3,800 dollars worth of suspension parts in May of 2022, they shipped me a couple parts right away but I have still yet to receive the majority of my order. Contacting or getting any response from anyone in the company is a monumental task. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and being patient but I have a truck still torn apart just waiting for their parts. Seeing recent reviews It’s probably unlikely I’m going to ever receive them or see them anytime soon. Please steer away and save yourself the frustration and order from someone else.

You won't receive any product. They take your money and you can email a hundred times. They just tell you it's in production. It's been over a year for a steering kit.

Today marks the 2 year anniversary of me sending them $1056 for a steering kit that I never received. I’ve emailed roughly 6 times, always getting an excuse. Today I requested a refund but it seems from other reviews that’s unlikely without legal action. If anyone who got scammed is interested in getting involved in the lawsuit I will post details as they become available.

Not that I’ve ever had a lot of faith in people but you just try and support a small business, and give them the benefit of the doubt… ehh I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

Three years into a $1,200 steering linkage. It has been 7 months since I was able to get a reply from this company. Still waiting for parts. I ended up ordering a cheap China knockoff "to get me by", not ideal by any means but I had to get my truck going...

ordered a steering kit, it shipped within a week or so and was easy to install. very high quality and heavy duty components. tightened up the steering on my truck big time. cody was quick to answer all of my emails when i had questions. would recommend them to anyone

NIGHTMARE! They had amazing communication until the time period that a charge back could be done was past. They will not give you your money back no matter how many months/years they take to get you your order. They had excuse after excuse for why my parts weren’t done (I believe were lies). Once the attorney general of their state began a lawsuit against them my parts magically appeared over a year after I ordered. Steering brace won’t fit despite tons of verification of parts/application and making me measure multiple things… sneaky dishonest business that magically seems to be getting 5 star reviews the last few months… I think I smell something funny!
