This area is always so clean and beautiful every time I visit. The playground is surrounded by a vast grass great for letting kids run wild. Dogs are required to be leashed. There a several trail options of varying distances. Also wooden "stairs" (for lack of better term) in areas where assistance may be needed to get up/downhill. The parking area is a barrage of potholes but if you drive slow it's no big deal regardless of what you drive. Some trails are currently closed due to some forest fire prevention logging going on.

It was a nice, well maintained hiking path. The difficulty level seemed easy to moderate to me, with just enough elevation change to require some effort. The trail seemed well marked and easy to follow, with "You Are Here" signs at many of the forks in the trail.

Amazing. Such a perfect hike, regardless of how long you want it. Plenty of options for all levels. Even go up in the snow! I've attached a view from the top, sunrise.

This is a gem within Spokane Valley. It is usually less crowded than other trails or natural areas in the county. The hikes range from easy to moderate, with some elevation thrown in for good measure. The hills offer scenic views of the valley, and wildlife is all around.

The city is really working on fire management at this time, so there are tractor masomein places and trail closed signs. I took my two huskys up there. We walked for about an hour very nice terain. Nice carved in trails and not as much noise pollution. Its a walk I will sure be going on over and over again.

Escaping into the embrace of mother nature is always good for the soul of any city dwellers. The trail provides a nice steep climb to the top, giving explorers a perfect view of the surrounding. The ground can be slippery when wet and the park will close when its extremely muddy.

Love this area. Thought it was just going to be some small park. But they actually have trails. Nothing crazy steep or anything but they have a variety of inclines, rocks you can scramble and nice views of town from a few different spots! Loved it. Free parking as well. Highly recommend this as well as iller creek that's close by as well. And its only 10 minutes from downtown!

Absolutely pushing! A great adventure with a wide variety of trails that intertwine leading to a number of different heights with extraordinary sights for any human to view. A taste of wild that is well maintenanced along projected for outdoor experiences. Hidden areas with previous adventures. Great sense of commuting while hiking. Area has a nice theme of authentic nature along preparation for a individual challenging themselves for other adventures here in Washington state. Great date for hikers! Smells that vast from northern pine to juniper bushes. Many sedimentary rocks as to igneous rock. Massive, possibly ancient stones! Try it out?!🤔🤓😎💯☺️
