The customer service was great! Brett and his employee were extremely fast and very helpful! I had 2 studs broken before I came to their shop and they replaced them with ease! The tires I got were the Radar Renegade Rts and they are most definitely worth the buy! Overall great service and I will most definitely be back when it's time for set #2!

I’ll tell y’all that Brett at direct customs realy went above and beyond for me and my project truck. Before during and after!!! I was invited to come walk around his shop and see that he’s not just some guy doing this on the side. He stuck with me giving me updates on my orders status(even though I was that annoying customer asking, I felt, way too many times.) now that my truck has the lift kit installed and been driving for days I know Brett will answer the phone if I need him too. They realy unlocked the potential that I knew my truck had. Realy turned it into my favorite vehicle that I have ever owned. I’m not exaggerating, I’m so proud of it now. Would not have been possible without DIRECT CUSTOMS. already thinking of more work and nobody’s touching my truck but these guys!

We traveled almost 3 hours north for these rims & tires. I was totally shocked when I seen the shop situated on a country road but loved it instantly because we love small businesses! The owner, Brett, was very helpful & informative with my husband prior to us coming. He had the rims & tires ready to install when we got there. Only 1 guy working & we were done in an hour. We plan to do more business with them in the future!

Don't let the name of the shop deter you...they have regular tires too. The owner is awesome. I called at the last minute in need of a full set of tires close to closing. They were courteous, fast, the shop was very clean, and they were so nice. My next set is coming from this shop!

Great service! From helping pick out a tire size to installation everything was smooth and easy. Brett was very knowledgeable on the tires needed for my truck and had the tires installed same day for a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new set of tires.

Very knowledgeable on what size tire is best for your vehicle. Best place around for tires, wheels, lift kits and more. Bret takes pride in his work. It shows in his shop, everything is clean and organized. Go see Bret and you will not be disappointed.
