Digital lens rental.. where do I begin aside from being wonderful and very helpful. I didn’t rent nothing to special, just a 2x extender for my 70-200 for an event where I needed some extra focal length. Before even renting it, I stopped in to test it out for I wasn’t sure what it would do or if it’s able to help me, but she was nice enough to let me test it out to make sure it’s what I wanted.
The days leading up to the event, I had made my decision to go ahead and rent it. When I did so, I made the mistake and rented for the wrong day and she was understanding on my mistake and changed the date for me. I know it doesn’t sound big, but for a local place this means much unlike borrowlenses and those other online rental places. So being very convenient is a huge plus in my books.
In the future when I have something else come up I will rent from them again, or even before buying another lens, which they do sale use lens. That’s another bonus. I do trust their stuff.

But really.. 5 star for their service.

On a Thursday, I found out I needed a Nikon DSLR body to use over the weekend. By the next morning, I had one in hand, and it worked great! The reservation process was straight forward and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be using them again.

Amazing company! The owner and staff are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and renting gear is so easy through them. Their gear has always been in great shape and well taken care of when I’ve rented through them.

I completely missed my drop off day for a lens I was renting, and they went above and beyond to quickly respond and work with me when I realized my mistake, and never once made me feel bad about it. Best customer service experience I have had in a long time.

Not to mention, the staff are extraordinarily kind. Back in January of ‘21, I lost a family member of mine and was notified while I was in their store. I was in pieces and they asked me to stay to talk it through before leaving. I’d already had a lens rented out and at the office, and they were so kind as to give me an extension without my even asking. I’m not one to mention details like this publicly, but it’s not only their understanding of camera equipment that kept me coming back.

So in the middle of the day on a Tuesday afternoon..very hot outside. A kid in the wheelchair, a new photo enthusiast,and an old mom walk into the store. Mom is an older photographer but daughter is just getting started. Lydia was working and she was the bomb! Full of information,very willing to help and shared her interest in photography very well. Lydia is very knowledgeable/ very cost conscious and this place is the bomb. Thank you Lydia for your help,for listening and recommending a camera that would fit my daughters hands.
