In my opinion this is one of the best sports shop in North America. You can’t miss anything sports here. I was like, “wow” when I stepped into this store earlier today. The workers are very helpful and friendly and the prices are pretty moderate. It’s located inside the Connecticut Post Mall. I is a sure return visit for me.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with buying my son’s bicycle here. They did not put on the proper size training wheels, and the wheel started to come off after one day. When I tried to take a video with my phone camera, the other worker immediately took action to call the police. He refused to further service the bike, even though the training wheels were coming off. I do not recommend this store at all. I feel that the workers here are very discriminatory.

I was going to purchase ski apparel and asked one of the sales associate to unlock the fitting room so that I could try the clothes, however, he had said he does not have the key so he had called another sales associate to help, however I waited for 30min and no one showed up. I guess I’m trying to understand how only certain sales associate have access to the fitting room? Never experienced this before in other stores usually all sales associate have a key to the fitting room.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. The store is a mess. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. Items with wrong prices, so when you get to the register you get a disappointing surprise. The items that are boxed are either empty from thieves or the thief puts a completely different item in the box they just stole from. Where is their security I used to shop here all the time for all my kids sporting goods, but have been deterred as their stock has really gone down hill. Time for some changes in the store!

Had a really great experience. An associate named Rob (I believe his last name is Tattoo) was excellent in helping me find the perfect glove for my nephew. He was knowledgeable about Baseball and where the items were throughout the building. He even assisted me in figuring out what the difference between model numbers was. Highly recommended. Thanks Rob.
