I have been on the hunt for a very specific vehicle, and I found it here at Dick Hannah Subaru. I came in on a Saturday to get more information about a car that was listed but only had "photos coming soon" for the car. I live 3+ hours away, so I wanted to see this car, but it was in the shop as it had just been taken in a trade-in. I looked at another car in the area, but chose to come back to the dealership for any updates later the same day. The original sales team member I spoke with handed me off to another member, but it turned out to be in my favor. I worked with Jay throughout the process. He updated me on the vehicle daily, sent photos, and made sure my questions were answered. Once he knew that the car would be ready for me to drive by Friday, we set up an appointment on Saturday morning. Once I drove the car and finalized my decision things proceed smoothly and their showroom provided a comfortable experience. My new to me car wouldn't be available right away and I wanted to look at another vehicle at a sister dealership, and they provided a rental for me to do so. Above and beyond anything else I have experienced when purchasing a vehicle.

This was such a refreshing experience with purchasing a used car. There was detailed communication and no hassle with what I was looking for in a car. I am thankful I was able to work with Jay and Dakota to purchase a vehicle here. I would certainly recommend stopping by here because even though I did not buy a Subaru, I was still treated fairly, and that goes a long way in today's customer experience.

I have dealt exclusively with Dick Hannah Subaru since 1997. Recently, I needed to buy another vehicle quickly after a large tree branch fell and totaled my car. Bill Parker helped me find the perfect vehicle in my price range and with the low mileage I requested. Bill was so kind, never hurrying me, and taking time to go over everything with me. Working with him was an exceptional experience with absolutely NO pressure. I'm so happy with my new ride! The finance person, Mikayla, (hope I spelled her name correctly) was also friendly and super helpful since my insurance check wasn't available yet. Along the way, other people jumped in to help or make sure I was comfortable. Dick Hannah's motto is "Believe in Nice." They definitely live that out as a Team. Highly Recommend!

Recently came here to buy a used 2014 VW Jetta SE, Everyone that helped was super friendly and knowledgeable. Royal Tran answered all my questions honestly and was a super sweet genuine person. What a breath of fresh air! My husband and I were dreading buying a new car based on some less than satisfactory experiences in the past. Mike Woods put us at ease right away and made the whole experience...pleasant! We actually enjoyed buying a car?! We continue to have incredibly good service from Dick Hannah Subaru. Today, our service manager was Chris. He took the time to explain why we needed a 48K throttle service, even showing us under the hood how it functions and where it sits. We were very comfortable waiting during the service. I did some shopping in the Parts Department and was helped by the nicest woman. DHS always has the branded/logo gear and the desk employee helped me find an obscure part for my daughter’s 2016 Forester (also serviced at Divk Hannah!). When our car was finished and we paid, Chris helped me locate a padded car seat cover for our Outback Wildnerness. (We’ll be getting that next time around!). We are so grateful to Dick Hannah Subaru and will continue to have all of our service performed only by this dealership/service center and, we’ll definitely stay loyal to the Subaru brand.

My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years but this was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Ryan Singh helped us out and made our purchase stress free and enjoyable. Ryan was funny, easy to talk to and full of life experiences. He made sure we knew what they were working on every step of the process. He spent a great deal of time talking with us making us feel comfortable. This car was for my son who is turning sixteen soon and my son loved Ryan as well. I appreciate the whole experience and we will definitely purchase again when we are ready for another car. I have to thank Dakota as well who was also great and got us quickly signed without feeling any pressure to purchase anything extra.
