We had an amazing car-buying experience at Dick Hanna this weekend, all thanks to Hillary! From start to finish, she was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—never pushy, just genuinely helpful. She took the time to really get to know us, answered all of our questions, and guided us through every step of the process with kindness and care. We had some long waits (just part of the process and there were people ahead of us too) and she kept up conversation, was warm and just a kind, good person.

What truly stood out was how warm and attentive she was, not just to us but to our five-year-old daughter as well. Days later, our daughter is still talking about Hillary! That level of connection and thoughtfulness is rare, and it made our experience so much more enjoyable.

If you’re shopping for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Hillary. She is simply the best!

We went to three different dealerships before we met Bill Farr who listened carefully to our needs and found the perfect car for us (not one we had even considered before). Then the sales manager, Joe Lackey, asked the right questions and got us the perfect financing package. We completed the deal with the finance manager, Jeff Salisbury, who thoroughly explained our options but did not attempt to push anything on us.

Usually buying a car is worse than going to the dentist, but these three gentlemen made it painless. If I have to buy a car in the future, I will return to this dealership.

I am so happy with my purchase! Brian did an amazing job with my purchase! Brian was so knowledgeable about my vehicle, and with that he gave me the confidence I needed to go forward. Brian was with the perfect salesman to work with on my purchase. Brian knew what I wanted in a vehicle, which Jeep I wanted, and he did everything to help me get into that vehicle. This was my top pick, and I was not sure when I got there I would be able to afford a higher payment to get this Jeep, but after talking with Brian, looking at the whole picture, my plan is in place, and I drove out with the Jeep of my dreams! He even managed to help get me some extra warranty time on the Jeep above the normal 3 yr 36,000 mi warranty. We never like sitting in a sales room doing any negotiations, but this was painless, plus they fed us lunch! It just could not get any better. On walking out to go home, Brian went above and beyond by setting up and linking our phones with the car, and going over all of the features one last time to be sure he covered ALL of our questions. Bought a Grand Cherokee from them this last weekend. Had a great experience. If you decide to go here, I would highly recommend asking for Q and Hillary. They were fantastic to work with. They made my car buying experience so easy. Armand in Finance was also great. Very accommodating and low pressure. Can't recommend Dick Hannah Jeep enough.
