Dominic is the best sales person I have met. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your needs and limits. He’s personable and very kind. He knows what he’s doing and if you have questions or concerns he address’s them right away. He’ll walk you through everything you may or may not understand and he gives his best opinion about the cars you’re looking for. I highly recommend him!

I have bought cars before but I've never had such an amazing and easy experience till I purchased at Dick Hannah Honda. There is only on person I will work with. Mr. Dominic Pinzone! I gave him a list of what I wanted a budget I wanted to stay in and this gentleman found me a SUV I absolutely love. Dom was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure if he didn't know he found me the answers right away which was amazing. He was kind, polite and had a great sense of humor too! I would give him a 10 stars for not being a typical "sales" guy!!! I appreciated that a lot.The purchasing process was smooth. Heck every thing about it took about 2.5 hours, now that right there was worth it. So if you want an experience of no stress and even some fun go find him! Dominic will help find you your perfect car too!

I purchased a new Honda CRV hybrid on March 22, 2025. I worked with Erick and Brynlee. They were very helpful and responsive without being pushy. They answered all of my questions, provided options and I was very happy with the service. The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is because when I got home I noticed that the right front tire was missing the cap on the valve. Not a big deal, but when you buy a new car you expect the tires to all have the valve cap. The dealership should inspect the vehicle before the new buyer takes possession. Details matter. Be better. Update: I have changed this to a 5 star review after I went back to the dealership and got my valve cap.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had.
The whole staff at the dealership were amazing, very knowledgeable, patient, and eager to be considerate of my time.
Jay Harden, was my primary contact, even though the rest of the staff was as attentive as if they were all helping me personally themselves.
Jay made sure that my car buying experience was very uncomplicated, honest, and Jay was making sure I understood The process step-by-step.
Jay’s communication was completely thorough throughout the whole experience.
Even with all that, it didn’t stop there, as they threw in a lot of extra perks, such as donating to one of my favorite charities In my name.
They also gifted me ski tickets to Timberline, a pleasant surprise and unexpected.
In conclusion I drove away in complete satisfaction that I definitely received my money’s worth, and then some!
I would highly recommend, and suggest if you want to enjoy buying a car, my experience with Dick Hannah Subaru was amazing!
I love my new Forrester, and the car buying experience for me was the cherry on top!

He went through the steps with us explaining things very well and had a wonderful sense of humor, and a very gracious manner. I highly recommend having him help you find the perfect car. Jay helped us pick out the perfect four-wheel drive vehicle for us. We came in about a week ago and tried out a couple vehicles. We didn't purchase anything at the time we decided to wait and try out other cars but this Subaru outback Just when it get out of our head. It was so comfortable and easy to dry if we knew we had come back and get it. Jay did not pressure us at all during the time that we took to make up our minds. Jay and my husband stayed in contact for a little over a week discussing the drawbacks and the advantages of this vehicle. In the ended up deciding to get it and we enjoy it quite a bit.
