follow the signs to the warehouse, very easy to find. when you pull up pull off to the left you'll see a couple signs that say semi parking. park there and head into the shipping and receiving office directly across from the parking. lady in the office was a little rude but it was an easy drop and hook. small space but enough space to maneuver.

Personally, I had a great experience when I went to this location to pick up a load. The lady at check-in was very professional and kind. I was scheduled for 1900 appointment time, but they put me into a door around 1400. It took them 20 - 30 minutes to have me loaded and back on the road. Thanks

Even a restroom you don't have it, what is this company?!!! People are driving hours in the mountains to bring you your orders and you can't provide them a bedroom, that's insane, hopefully it'll be my first and last time here.

I got there the night before my 10:30 am appointment to find out that my appointment was set up by CH Robinson to be at 2:00 pm. The girls in receiving office were very nice and they offered me an available appointment that same night. They also allowed me to stay overnight next to the grass across from the shopping and receiving office. I can’t say anything bad about this place

They sent me to the wrong place, blamed my broker, made me wait 4 hours to make the appointment and the lady at the receiving was laughing out of the situation, because for her it didn't clearly mattered, she's gonna get paid no matter what time I get unloaded.

Came in a few hours early for appt. I was told I could park it here and then would be allowed to call in 15 minutes before my appointment and they could get me in then. I politely asked if they would get me in there if someone missed their appointment he replied "well if someone else is late and I put you in, then they show up what will we do then? So just wait for your appointment".
This is illogical, they are not looking for solutions, the problem will be made worse if someone shows up late AND they neglect to load someone who showed up early... eventually they have to load everyone, guess they dont really care how long it takes. If you book this load, be sure to check detention policies and steer clear if the brokers dont pay 50 an hour after 2 hours.
