Brittany was amazing! I came to this location because it had 4.8 stars and a closer location only had 2.5. It was well worth the travel. Brittany was very informative, helpful, and such a delight to engage with. She ensured I knew all the details to get my package delivered correctly! I want to visit the location again just to engage with her. When I arrived she was ending a cuatomer call, and while i was there two others came behind me. She made each of us feel as if no one else was at the location. DHL, give Brittany a major raise, bonus, and paid for vacation!

Very convenient location (I almost missed it because I was looking for a storefront but it was a kiosk in the parking lot). The lady working, Brittany, was amazing and walked me through everything I needed to mail my package. Excellent service!

I had a great experience yesterday with Brittany from DHL Virginia office. I was frazzled trying to complete my label to send docs to my son in Argentina having never sent a shipment to there ever.
She was so knowledgeable and so much patience with my questions. I had an expensive $ painful experience shipping documents a few days before with a 3rd party shipper Parcel Place that working with Brittany was such a relief!
She quoted me a way more reasonable fee than the previous 3rd party like 50% less!!!! I actually paid $210 few days before w the 3rd party shipper had no idea I overpaid so much & they were awful too not really knowing what there were doing!
Brittany also set up the courier pick up at my residence for the same day in early afternoon!
Brittany totally rocks in exceptional customer service!! I will definitely use DHL for any future international shipments!
