Love this local gem that feels like it got plucked out of Europe and dropped in Olympia! House made deli meats, other cured meats and steaks, and charcuterie items. Their sandwiches are SO good, if you're lucky the weather lets you enjoy them at the cute table outside. They have a great wine selection with a knowledgeable staff if you're not sure what to get. There are little European treats like tinned fish and other quality ingredients for sale too. The owner knows his stuff.

Best burger by mile, in Olympia without a doubt, potentially in the whole state. Also happens to be my favorite craft butcher in the area. We raise our own animals, so it takes a lot of convincing for me to buy other peoples meat, this spot is it.

Strongly recommend stopping in and trying some of their house pickled veggies and mushrooms, their lunch meat, and always the steaks. Make sure to ask the boss if he has anything unusual aging or curing, he always has a good surprise or two hiding in the back cooler.

This review is way over due. I met Brian and the Delmonico’s shop in November 2021 when I moved to Oly. Incredible selection with locally sourced ranch and farm fresh foods, breads, seasonal veggies, mushrooms, oils, sauces, the best pasta, sausages, garlic butter, bistro dinners, wine tastings, the wine selection is the best in town, and now the new lunches. Yum City! The tuna sandwich, burger, minestrone soup, BLT, are exceptional. I can’t wait to taste the entire lunch menu. When I moved I was sad to leave my local farmers and ranchers and Del’s turned my miss into joy. Everything that I have purchased from Del’s is always incredibly tasty and top notch. I get to shop here, the farmers market, co-op, and a local farm stand and never have to set foot in a corporate food store. Heaven on Earth. Grateful that I found my new go-to food source. I know that the food we put in our bodies is medicine and all this is assessable at Del’s. I had cancer last year and Brian set me up with incredible healing bone broth during chemo when I couldn’t eat, which helped me to get cancer free. The bistro dinner is cozy and fun and exceptionally yummy, I highly recommend. I can’t believe how good the turkey is too. I have never really enjoyed turkey before I shopped here. This is one of my favorite food sources around. I’m grateful that I moved to Oly and Delmonico’s landed in my life. We are so lucky to have this amazing small business in town. Enjoy

So trying to find a whole lamb butchered, I stumbled across this AMAZING little shop. Brian (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) was very kind and informative over the phone. I went in today to pick it up all ready and butchered to my order. Upon arrival I discovered one of the best little shops yet. Their deli meats are exquisite. They have so much to offer in such a little space. Their meats are locally sourced and grass fed grass finished. If you are looking for quality and class this is definitely a go to. Check out their website. They have so much to offer. They even have the 5 course type dining experience I am looking for. Can't wait to book that too.
Upon getting home I wanted unadulterated lamb. I salted and peppered. Heated up some Greek olive oil (bought here) and a little of their dill butter (bought here) sautéed until 125° then put on a plate and set aside. Threw in some trumpet mushrooms (bought here) to the hot oil and droppings then plated it over some rice. This was exquisite. Side note. I've had store bought lamb and that is nasty. It's always sour and tastes off. This lamb tastes like rich beef.

These guys are the best butchers in the oly area. Brian is an incredible person and is very generous and helpful with educating about what kinda meat they have and how it’s processed. Their lamb is incredible, and what makes it better is how natural and high quality their meat is. Give delmonicos a shot, great guys, and great meat!

Possibly my favorite small business in Olympia. Brian, the owner, is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and one of the kindest people to everyone who walks in his shop.
Most of the product is sourced locally, and if not it comes from a ecologically sustainable farmer.

The pop up dinners are also phenomenal. We went to our first this week and it was well thought out and set up with excellent wine pairings.

Great customer service!!. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the nuances of their products to help me make the best selection of rib roast. I live in Tacoma and will definitely be back regularly.

I had a BLT here today and it honestly was the best Sandwich I have had in a long time. The bread was homemade the tomato’s on it were so fresh and my sandwich bacon was cooked perfect. The flavor of the meats along with the bread and everything else was excellent. The shop is so clean and the service was great. Definitely not a lot of places around that make sandwiches like this. Also I forgot to mention that the sandwich are big so what you pay for these sandwiches is nothing. I could only eat half.
