Very nice shop for getting custom meats and butcher jobs. They have cut up two cows for us and they did an amazing wrapping. The meats lasted for two years in the freezer with absolutely no burn. They offer smoking meats on weekends. Next visit I'll come hungry. Pleasant staff..plenty parking.

Service with an attitude! No one working there was the least bit pleasant. I really suggest the owner send in an anonymous friend as a test customer to verify. Two times through the door, two bad experiences. Which would all be fine if the handling of our order were competent. We special ordered two items, went back 2 days later after they called to say it was ready. First, we were ignored for a good (not!) 3-5 minutes while the worker did paperwork. No welcome, no acknowledgement. Finally an unenthusiastic can I help you. Here to pick up an order. Sorry, can’t find it. You called us. OK I’ll see if I can find it. She comes out with half the order, but it was wrong. 11 pounds, not 4. Can you cut it down? Show where you want it cut. Really? Doesn’t your meat cutter know how to estimate 4 pounds? They found the second half of our order, also a 4 pound boneless cut. Surprise, surprise! It was bone-in.

I’m all about supporting local small businesses. But not at the cost of civility and competence.

We’ve been using Del Fox for years, be it game or beef, and we’ve become increasingly dissatisfied over the years, but not enough to go elsewhere until just recently we bought a 1/4 of a cow and requested a very minor change in the usual cuts. The response my husband got from the “lady at the counter” was beyond rude and unnecessary. She completely misunderstood what he was asking for, so she responded inaccurately as well. C’mon people!! Your customers deserve better treatment that! Yes, we can say maybe she was having a bad day, boohoo! Buck up buttercup and treat your customers with respect. My husband was both pissed by her reaction and flabbergasted that a small family run business would have such rude employees. Not impressed with the packing and wrapping job either. We’re going to Silvana next time.

The best butcher I've encountered. Bought a cow that Del Fox butchered. The packaging was fantastic! They protected the bones from puncturing the packaging. Not old school white butcher paper but chamber sealed, clear packaging. Unreal. Next level work. Super friendly and helpful staff.
This place is rare and worth the drive... well your time.

I’ve never purchased from a butcher before and my friends uncle owns it so I thought let's give it a try. BEST freaking bacon I’ve ever had in my entire life ! It was the raspberry jalapeño, it sounds weird I know but beyond the amazing flavor you can tell it’s high quality meat . I’ll be going back for sure !

It's always a pleasure doing business with Del Fox. On my recent visit to pickup, they were very busy, but they're always so fast it wasn't much of a wait. The staff are always smiling and a pleasure to deal with.

Easy to work with when raising beef cattle and pigs and selling in whole, half or quarters. Also they have a cute retail shop with a lot of good meat for anyone wanting quality meat without buying a whole cow (or half, or quarter).
