I recently rented the carriage house on 3/11. The inside of the building was filthy. The bathrooms had not been cleaned. There were black carpenter ants crawling all over the kitchen walls. sorry but that is unexceptable!!!! Tried to reach out to the people in charge. I was told they would get back to me. 2 days later still no email. It was advertised at 250.00 I was charged 300.00. I had to pull a 550,000.00 insurance policy plus a 250 deposit. Which makes no sense.I was told the insurance policy would be around 50.00 it was over a hundred. You also have to carry out your garbage. Not sure who is running this but they obviously don't know what they are doing. I will never rent this property again.
UPDATE: I was sent a message last night from the person running the venue. Basically the email said they WERE willing to work with me. I guess they did not like my review. I was then called a liar. Yes I have nothing better to do with my time. I never asked for any compensation. Did not expect any. But if this is how you want to treat the people that are paying hard earned money then so be it. I HIGHLY SUGGEST NO ONE RENTS FROM HERE. Treating customers who are giving you feed back and telling them they were lying when I have plenty of proof that is not true. Is disgusting!!
