I called to get in touch with someone there who could talk to me about an injection molding job. The girl who answered, was nice, but had no clue. She transferred me, but whomever picked up the phone, just as quickly hung up.I called back. the girl sent me to a phone. The man picked up, "Hello?"
"Yes, who am I speaking with?" I asked.
"Who is this?' he curtly replied.
"Hans... and who are you?"
"What do you want?"
"How about your name, so I know who I am speaking with?"
I don't need to go on. They are not in the business of getting my business, even if they were properly listed on Google, I wouldn't work with them for my project.
Everyone works in Customer Service. Everyone is you customer. Don't spoil the soup, before it is made, you will starve.
