We just picked up our whole processed pig about a week ago. I am very happy about the percentage of meat we got back compared to the hanging weight. We asked for most to be processed into sausage (breakfast, Italian and polish) and the flavor is great! Also, the bacon is perfect and delicious. We will definitely use Dave's again!
