One program could not be replaced on my computer. The hardrive was 8 years old and I was nervous it was going to fail. Don told me he could clone the drive to a solid state drive. I brought the computer in on a Thurs. afternoon and had it back before lunch Fri. All is working great no loss of data. Very friendly and very reasonable pricing.

Absolutely phenomenal. While it did take a bit of time it was mainly the fact that the part they needed got stuck in Ohio. Took them less than a day to replace the motherboard of my laptop when it arrived. 10/10 customer service, they kept me in the loop and took their time to find a replacement part that would work and wouldn’t cost us both a small fortune. The cost was well under 500$. If anything ever breaks I’m bringing it back down to them
