This company did an Instacart order and requested I talk with the receptionist about where to leave the order. This was a large Costco batch and I had two orders. I drove all the way to Lynden to their store to deliver.

Upon arrival the receptionist had a phone call and I patiently waited for her on the phone to figure out the delivery instructions. She was beyond rude to the person on the phone. She was short and condescending with a potential client.

After she got off the phone she asked if I needed help, which I responded “I don’t know I’ve never delivered to a business before.” She didn’t even explain how far I had to carry this huge order. I said “I normally just leave the order at the front door, or meet clients at the front door, and I have another order to deliver.”

So she came out to the car and took the order from me and was acting annoyed, when I was just confused about the delivery instructions. As far as I was concerned I did my due diligence on getting the order to the business’s front door.

Then they took my tip away and gave me a bad review, for what? I did exactly what I am supposed to do as an instacart shopper. Just because your receptionist is rude, doesn’t mean to take away from the hardworking people just here to make your lives easier. You didn’t have to go to Costco, or shop the items, or drive them all the way to Lynden.

So, I hope you feel good about how you treated people today.

Did some work here as an outside contractor. The DariTech personnel did a great job helping me as a guest on site to get to work and help them get up and running! Very nice office personnel too! Was a pleasure coming on-site and helping DariTech help the community!
