Ordered a 753s Avanti rifle directly from Daisy. Shipping was fast it took around 3 days from when I ordered it till delivery. Rifle was packaged extremely well double boxed and arrived in perfect condition, plus was cheaper than buying anywhere else online. Couldn't be happier.

Just received the best customer services I've seen in many years. Ordered a rifle and received it with some parts missing. Dropped by Daisy office on my lunch to ask how to to handle the missing parts. The staff went out of their way to make sure I got the parts i needed. Extremely nice folks! These people were a perfect example of how to treat a customer.

Requested a new part with instructions and when i got the package there was no instructions like how am i supposed to replace a part on my air rifle? Whats the point in even sending me a part with no instructions? I want a full refund! Like right now dude total waste of money and time waiting for a package that only has half of what i ordered. Oh and the air rifle broke in less than a month. Be warned if you break it your on your own when it comes to fixing it. Some people may want to fix it without instructions but if you mess it up you void the warranty therefore getting stuck with nothing and they will keep your money.

I purchased a daisy bb gun at Wal-Mart. After 5 shots it wouldn't pump. It was broken. Walmart wouldn't exchange it. I called daisy company and they told me they only exchange products that are bought directly from them. After a few choice words and telling them I wasn't going to be stuck with a bb gun that broke after 5 shots. They agreed and said they would send me a shipping label. That was about 2 weeks ago. Before they told me they would send a shipping label, they said they would send bb and pellets. I got the bus and pellets but no shipping label. Daisy products have been around for a long, long time, but I will NEVER buy daisy again!
