Had used them for all wild game processing previously, but I guess this year they decided to not skin the animals for you. We don’t have any where to hang deer or elk to skin prior so looks like we’ll be using else where from now on. First time I’ve ever heard of a game processing company not offer animal skinning for a separate charge.
PS: maybe start thinking less with your “hunting” philosophy and more with a “processor” philosophy.

As a non resident hunter in 2022 the team at D&M Meats were awesome to work with. Professional service, clean and efficient facility, helpful and friendly staff. At the end of our hunt I was able to pick up my processed elk all cut wrapped and frozen for the trip back to Oregon. Finished product has been excellent. Will definitely use them again this year if we are successful.

This crew is awesome! We were fortunate to harvest two elk this season. They handled the processing at a very reasonable price, cuts were great, and they had everything completed nearly a week early. Also appreciate their support for military!! Would definitely recommend and hope to use them next year.

We have used D & M for both beef and lamb! They have great prices, but more importantly they alway go above and beyond! They animals belonged to my boys who are very interested in the whole process. The staff is amazing and have talked my kids through all of it. Also they are so helpful and knowledgeable when picking types of cuts! The quality is amazing. Beyond that they are involved and support our community! Thank you D&M, I could go on and on!!

This was the first time we used this company and had 2 beefs cut for us and a friend. First off the owner was not professional at all it was as if we were putting him out. Until the check came out!!!!! We didn’t even get the right beef or cuts we asked for. When we got the hamburger that was supposed to be in the pound packages some were maybe a half a pound.

Love this place! So clean, efficient,friendly. The meat is packed perfectly ,with the right cuts, and packed so I can see the meat. Very nice store. I would recommend this place to everyone. And the employees are friendly and nice . Looking forward to doing more business with these folks!
