I called them inquiring about a snowboard right at closing time. Craig (owner) took his time, went over options with me and even texted me specific equipment I asked about. If that’s not going above and beyond I don’t know what is. I went the next day, he had everything set aside for me, put together my board and made sure everything was installed properly. He was super friendly and personable. I will continue to give my business to them just because of their attentiveness and quality of customer service! Craig is the man!

The folks at Cutting Edge always do a wonderful job whenever my mountain bikes need a tune up. They also have a great selection of snowboards and skateboards. I have been a customer since I was a kid and still give them my business to this day.

This place is excellent. Everyone who works there is friendly and kind and super helpful. My husband and I brought our 2-year-old e-bikes in for a tune up (regular check and maintenance) and my husband needed work on his brakes. They fixed everything. Can’t wait to go out for a ride today! Turn around time was great (we had our bikes back for the weekend).

Very transparent. They called to tell us of extra parts and costs ahead of time to make sure it was okay. Prices are very reasonable. $130 for each annual maintenance. Highly recommend. We’ll be back every year.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they also knew their stuff, showed me a snowboard and immediately knew my size, and what type of board I should go for

Also turned me on to some cool bindings that you can slide your foot in and out of. Didn't purchase a board yet but will be coming back to get one soon

Purchased a Velotric e-bike from this shop. Less than two weeks after purchase, the motor completely failed. I brought the bike in and requested either a refund or store credit toward purchase of an alternative e-bike. The shop straight up refused, and said all they can do is contact Velotric to see if they can have it warrantied. I'm sorry, but this is extremely unprofessional and in my opinion, terrible customer service. Do not recommend this shop for anything other than accessories.
