We purchased the TruBody ID and TruBody Flex and could not be more disappointed. We were promised great service, clinical support as well as marketing support. This has not been our experience. In fact we have reached out for marketing support and have not heard back from anyone at Cutera since winter 2024. Nobody from Cutera has reached out to us either to get an idea of our experience with the devices, which is odd considering we have purchased 4 devices from them. Our clients have been very dissatisfied with the treatment results, which reflects negatively on our clinic. We have always strived to offer results oriented treatments, and we can honestly say as medical professionals these devices do not deliver noticeable results. Be cautious when dealing with Cutera. What was promised and what was delivered is far off the mark!

Shame on this company ! Our Excel V stopped working last November for the 5th time. We've sent several mails to the Cutera team by mail, several follow-ups, contacted them on their facebook page, reached out to the Executive team, to find a solution. We had no feedback, no answer, it's difficult to even understand how this is possible! How can you sell high tech, expensive products and have no customer service, no support to the client at all? It's really outrageous. As clients, we feel completely ignored, unheard, and stuck in this situation.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED by this company

Be cautious not to fall for scams.
The sellers, MICHAEL - TRONG and KEVIN present their multifunctional machine but in their contract, they add. some clauses or change some parts or capabilities without your concern or even informing you and distract you to sign it and bind you to lower quality or low capability machine that you never thought about it.

I never expected this amount of dishonesty or scam from them that easily can be sued

The Cutera company and my sales rep (Michael Wallin) have not honored the terms of my contract and now are refusing (for 2 months) to answer my calls or emails. I am considering legal action. Do not trust this company.

Do not buy a laser from Cutera! I have a Trusculpt ID that malfunctioned after 4 months of use causing a patient burn. The incident occurred 3 months ago and they still have not fixed the machine. And zero support for the patient or my practice.

As a medical group, can say we give the company and its products a Pass. Not as in passing grade, but as in I would keep looking elsewhere. The negative reviews are in line with other aesthetic medical practices we have contacted and that have Cutera's products in the corner of a storage room, and not providing any ROI. Horrible customer service. Once the laser is sold, ZERO support. The negative reviews are everywhere saying the same thing, do your research if you don’t believe me. The Enlighten tattoo laser they sold to our medspa 3 years ago never properly worked. The last day we saw & heard from the rep was the day we agreed to buy it. Terrible corporate ethics, all the way down to their sleezy salespeople. If you own a medspa, look at other options.

Plain and simple. Cutera is consistently leading the way in aesthetic technology. If you're like me, and hitting the gym has become difficult because of injuries or a lack of time, truSculpt is the holy grail. truSculpt iD gives you the ability to destroy fat, while truSculpt flex gives you the ability to stimulate muscle. Both options are perfect for those relegated to a more sedentary lifestyle (like yours truly). I would highly recommend!
