I had Custom Welding build a unique handrail for an inground pool and also front porch handrails. They're professional, easy to work with and do a great job. It took some time because they're busy, but it was worth the wait. The exceptional quality and reasonable pricing keep them busy. I highly recommend calling them for metal work. On very short notice, a snapped metal support bracket from a king size bed was dropped off and repaired the same day. The people with whom I spoke were competent, courteous, friendly and most helpful. The bracket was expertly welded, and the bed was reassembled.

Sad to have to give a negative review
I KNOW everyone is busy and behind schedule. However I have left multiple messages to have none returned. I spoke to a person twice and never had the return phone call that I was promised from the other person that works there. We are moving on we had our first railing done by them. We were extremely happy and wanted to continue with them. However after a month of me calling them and not getting them to return my call at all I'm moving on to another company. Sadly I am not going to use them. I was excited to be able to give them another piece of business from us. But I will not be. I hope others have better success with them.

I had some custom iron rails made for the front porch of my modest ranch house. I just wanted something simple but with maybe a little decorative element. Their very knowledgeable staff member made helpful suggestions and later, emailed a proposal with a couple of style options. They welded their pre-fabricated unit together on site, for a perfect fit, along with final paint. It turned out better than anticipated! The product is extremely sturdy and I expect it to last for several years to come. Please know that these are quality rails, not the cheap aluminum ones purchased at big box home improvement stores, that do not last!
Two years ago, I promised I'd leave a great review....I also mentioned I'm a procrastinator! LOL Love their product and working with their staff!

Didn't return the three phone calls I placed over the course of a week. The polite but indifferent "I just work here" receptionist offered no explanation other than the two estimators were busy out in the field on big jobs. If this is their attitude before acquiring me as a customer, then what will happen when I hand over my 50% deposit? How absolutely frustrating, but you know what? I've got other options and plan to use them.

Disappointed to have to give negative review. First contacted them in February for a gate expansion, several emails following up with them. Contacted them again in May, finally met with them on May 18th, followed-up assuming that the project was moving forward and they did not move forward or follow-up. Never received contact (was told it was sent May 24th and that they do not followup - they just assume the client doesn't want the work done). Poor customer service and follow-up. They lost a $2600 contract. Our experience was very contradictory to the other reviews.

During some severe weather, our large cast aluminum patio table overturned and the top was broken in two spots. I went to Custom Welding and met with Traci, one of the owners. She said the repair was possible and picked up the table on a Tuesday. The following Monday, the table was returned and we were very satisfied with the repair. A bit of spot paint and the table looked brand new. The service provided by Traci and he Custom Welding staff was prompt, professional, affordable and complete.
